Training is not a sweetener, a bonus for good work, or a way to use up spare budget. All training must be carefully considered, targeted, and timely. Our consultants have a long history of providing value added training for a wide range of companies.

All staff, testers or not, can be provided with specialist testing skills whenever they are required.

Certification

The Testing Consultancy fully supports the ISTQB software testing certification programme. This programme and its qualifications are recognised internationally and provide both a formalised career path in the software testing function and a measure of employee competence.

We offer a fully accredited 3 day ISTQB Foundation Certificate and 9 day ISTQB Practitioner Certificate in Software Testing programme in addition to a wide range of courses to suit every level of experience.

Side by Side

The Testing Consultancy staff will be on-site working alongside your test practitioners; therefore we’ll have first hand experience of your training requirements.

The Testing Consultancy will provide a fully integrated mentoring service, which will focus on the practical and pragmatic methods of achieving your testing objectives. Side by side skills transfer has, in our experience, proved to be the most cost effective and efficient method of training staff at all levels and abilities.

‘Side by side’ skills transfer is provided as a matter of course, not as an optional extra.

Specialist

Tasks such as performance, usability, and security testing require specialist skills. At The Testing Consultancy we provide training and leadership in these skills though our strategic partnerships with industry leaders.
